All services are subject to acceptance of order by Syntec, and are subject to our standard conditions of service, as revised from time to time, a copy of which is available on request.
Ts and Cs of specific managed services such as CardEasy will depend on individual customer scoping and the deployment option subsequently chosen.
Net settlement
Charges for least cost routing, freephone and other chargeable services are billed monthly in arrears and all payments due are payable 16 days from date of invoice by direct debit. A minimum charge of £25 (exc. VAT) is applied to all active accounts.
Revenue share payments
Syntec automatically issues self-billed invoices (from the client to Syntec and in accordance with VAT regulations) in respect of revenue due to the client at the end of each month – no action is required on the part of the client. Payment is credited directly into the client’s bank account within 4 working days of receipt of the revenue share payments from BT plc to Syntec. eg Payment for revenue generated in January will be received in client accounts not later than March 6.
The minimum revenue share payment Syntec will make is £25 + VAT in any month per client account. Revenue generated under this amount does not roll forward from one month to another.
Call charges
Where clients take both chargeable and revenue-generating services, Syntec automatically nets off the one against the other – clients either make a payment, or receive a payment, in respect of each month’s traffic.
The communications service provider supplying the communications services described in this website is Syntec Ltd, the issued and fully paid-up ordinary share capital of which is £0.35 million.
